Where do you deliver?
Australia Wide!
Most metro cities are next day, and we also offer Brisbane same day delivery.
What if I make a mistake when ordering?
No problem! Just send us an email at help@giftbasket.com.au with the details you need updated, and one of our team members will get back to you as soon as possible.
If you contact us before your gift leaves our warehouse, we should be able to
make the changes for you — but be quick! Our dispatch team works fast to get hampers out the door.
If your order has already been shipped and the delivery address is incorrect, we’ll do our best to help. However, please note:
- If the hamper has been sent via StarTrack, it will need to be returned to us before we can resend it.
- In this case, there will be an additional charge for the return and redelivery.
To avoid delays, please double-check your order confirmation to ensure all delivery details are correct.
Do you do corporate or bulk orders?
Yes! We have many corporate clients and love to assist with branded ribbon and bulk orders. Please contact our friendly team corporate@giftbasket.com.au
What type of hampers do you sell?
We offer a wide range from New Baby, Fruit, Gourmet, Self-Care, Gifted Alcohol to Chocolate Bouquets.
as well as this we offer seasonal ranges during Christmas & Easter.
Do you deliver to hospitals?
While it's a thoughtful gesture, sending a hamper to a hospital can be challenging. Hospitals are busy environments with many departments, wards, and staff, and unfortunately, deliveries often go astray.
Additionally, many hospitals have strict policies regarding gift deliveries, with some unable to accept them at all.
If you still wish to send a hamper to a hospital, we recommend the following steps to improve the chances of successful delivery:
- Contact the hospital in advance to understand their delivery process. For example: deliveries may need to go to a specific loading dock or reception area.
- Provide detailed recipient information, including their full name, ward and room number, and the hospital’s complete address.
- Make sure the name on the delivery matches the name under which the patient is registered. Following these tips can help ensure your thoughtful gift reaches its intended recipient safely.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist Help@giftbasket.com.au
Out of stock or replacement items
If we cannot supply a particular item listed or inclusion in a gift hamper, we will replace the product with an alternate product of equal or greater value.
