As a proudly Queensland-based business, we offer some of our fastest and most flexible delivery options to customers right on our doorstep.
Brisbane metro customers can choose same-day delivery on selected products when ordering before 3:00PM AEST Monday to Friday, or before 12:00PM on Saturdays.
Need it there before the afternoon is out? Our Urgent Delivery service gets your gift to offices, schools, and residential addresses by 3:00PM — just order before 12:00PM. It’s there for the last-minute moments, the “I almost forgot” moments, and the ones that just can’t wait.
Urgent Delivery is available for inner Queensland metro areas only.
Across the rest of Queensland —from the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast to Cairns and regional centres — metro orders typically arrive the next business day. We deliver where others often can’t, and we’re proud of it.
Sydney & New South Wales
Sending a birthday surprise to Sydney, a thank-you hamper to Newcastle, or something thoughtful to a friend in regional New South Wales? We deliver reliably across the state.
Orders placed before 3:30PM AEST are typically delivered to Sydney metro addresses the next business day.
Regional destinations may require a little extra transit time depending on location and the courier network servicing that area.
Melbourne & Victoria
From Melbourne’s inner suburbs to regional Victoria, our hampers are carefully packed and dispatched from our Brisbane warehouse for fast, reliable delivery across the state.
Most Melbourne metro orders arrive the following business day when placed before the daily cut-off.
Customers sending to regional Victoria should allow a little additional transit time depending on the destination.
Adelaide & South Australia
Sending to Adelaide or anywhere in South Australia is straightforward with our Australia-wide network. Metro Adelaide orders are generally delivered the next business day following
dispatch — which makes us a popular choice for last-minute gifting even from the other side of the country.

Perth & Western Australia
We deliver gift baskets throughout Perth and across Western Australia, from coastal communities to remote regional towns. Given the distance from our Brisbane dispatch facility, Perth deliveries generally arrive within one to two business days after shipment.
Customers sending to regional and remote Western Australian locations should allow additional transit time.

Hobart & Tasmania

Darwin & Northern Territory
We deliver gift baskets to Darwin and across the Northern Territory, including regional and remote communities. Given the Territory’s climate, selected products may be packed with seasonal insulation or ice packs where appropriate to protect temperature-sensitive items during transit.

Canberra & Australian Capital Territory
Canberra customers enjoy fast, reliable delivery — most ACT orders arrive the next business day following dispatch when placed before the daily cut-off. Surrounding areas outside the ACT may require slightly longer transit times depending on location.

For patients in Brisbane and across Queensland, we offer same-day delivery to hospital wards — order before 12:00PM AEST and your gift can be there that afternoon. For interstate hospitals, next-day delivery is available to most metro addresses.
Our hampers are practical for a ward environment in a way that flowers often aren’t — no maintenance required of the nursing staff, nothing to spill, and plenty to enjoy over the course of a stay. From comfort hampers and pamper sets to chocolate gifts and new baby hampers for maternity wards, there’s something right for every patient and every occasion.
One thing worth doing first: give the ward a quick call before you order. Hospital policies on deliveries vary — some wards have specific procedures, and a 60-second call can make sure your gift gets straight to the patient without any delays. The ward team will let you know if there’s anything specific to be aware of.
When placing your order, include as much detail as possible — the patient’s full name, the hospital name, and the ward and room number if you have it. Our team is experienced with hospital deliveries and will make sure everything is packed and labelled to reach the right person.

Fruit Hamper Delivery
Selected fruit hampers are available for same-day delivery in many metropolitan areas across Australia when ordered before 3:00PM AEST Monday to Friday.
Please note: fruit hampers cannot be delivered to Western Australia, and are not dispatched or delivered on public holidays. Available delivery dates are shown automatically at checkout.

Orders placed before 3:30PM AEST
Monday to Friday are eligible for next business day delivery where available.
Orders placed after 3:30PM will be processed the following business day.
For Saturday delivery in metro Queensland, order before 12:00PM AEST. Orders placed after 12:00PM on Saturday will be processed Monday for next-day metro delivery across all states.
Weekend Deliveries
We offer Saturday delivery for metro Queensland when ordered before 12:00PM AEST. We don’t offer Sunday delivery. Please factor in weekends when choosing your preferred delivery date.
Note: delivery availability may vary during peak occasions including Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Valentine’s Day, and Christmas. Available dates are always reflected at checkout.
Public Holidays
Deliveries are not completed on public holidays, and additional transit time may apply before and after public holiday periods. Available delivery dates are updated automatically at checkout.

Need to Make a Change?
If you need to update delivery details, please get in touch as soon as possible — we can usually make changes before your gift leaves our warehouse. Once an order has been dispatched, changes may not be possible and additional courier charges may apply.

Occasionally a product included in a hamper may become unavailable. Where necessary, we’ll substitute it with a product of equal or greater value, keeping the quality and presentation of your gift exactly as it should be.
