How long does delivery take?
We can deliver same-day across the greater Sydney area. To do this, simply enter your desired delivery address in the checkout, choose today as your delivery date, and select the same-day option.If you’d like to schedule delivery on a particular day, you can do this by selecting StarTrack Premium and your preferred day in the calendar function.
How much is the delivery?
Delivery is $19.95 to most areas Australia-wide for next day overnight delivery (Air Express).Same-Day delivery charges can vary based on their locations.
We deliver beautiful hampers for all kinds of occasions. Can I order in advance?
Yes, you can, up to 6 weeks in advance. Simply select your preferred date in the checkout calendar.
Can I get a bulk discount?
Yes you can. Many Sydney customers order hundreds at Christmas time of for an event. Email HQ bulk@giftbasket.com.au to discuss your requirement. We have a bulk order from for Christmas time also to order bulk online and upload addresses and card messages via XLS.Take a look at our Corporate Page for more details.
When will my gift arrive in Sydney?
In most cases, delivery to most Australian towns and cities is next day. In some cases for small rural towns it may take 2 days. Our checkout works out the delivery time and does not allow you to choose a delivery date outside of that time frame. We have over 98% ETA success with our shipping partners, Startrack and Australia Post. We cannot guarantee or guess a time when it will arrive. Can I track my order?
When you place an order for a gift basket or hamper to be delivered in Sydney, you will be automatically sent a tracking number via email. You will also be notified of certain delivery milestones.
Our Couriers are either Startrack or Australia Post.

Important Delivery Information
Same-Day Delivery Across Brisbane
Order by 12:00pm AEST (Brisbane time) from Monday to Friday for same-day delivery in Brisbane. Delivery fees vary based on proximity to Salisbury, with closer locations incurring lower fees.
Flexible Delivery Options
In addition to same-day service, we offer next-day delivery or a chosen date for a flat rate of $19.95. Please note, next-day delivery is not available for fruit hampers on Mondays to ensure they remain fresh.
Delivery Australia-wide
Our partnerships with StarTrack & Australia Post allow us to deliver our luxurious gift baskets and hampers throughout Australia, including major cities like Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Perth. Delivery times range from next-day to 2-8 days for remote locations. Order before 3:30PM AEST for same-day despatch.
*Important Information*
- Orders After 3:30PM AEST: Next-day delivery is not available. For example, an order placed at 4:00PM AEST on Monday will be delivered on Wednesday at the earliest.
- Weekend Deliveries: Not available.
- Public Holidays:
No deliveries are possible on public holidays.
An extra day delay applies after a public holiday, which will be reflected in the delivery calendar at checkout.
- Tracking: A tracking link will be provided once your order is dispatched.
- Delivery Partners:
Next-day delivery: StarTrack or Australia Post Express.
Same-day delivery (Brisbane): Go People Couriers. - Fruit Baskets:
Next-Day Fruit Orders: Fruit orders placed on a Friday will be despatched the following Monday to ensure freshness.
- Same-Day Fruit Delivery in Brisbane: Available for orders placed before 12:00PM AEST Monday to Friday.
Public Holidays: No dispatch or delivery for fruit on public holidays.
Delivery Calendar: The checkout calendar will reflect the next available delivery date for fruit orders based on your location and day of order.
Western Australia: Fruit Hampers are not available for delivery to Western Australia due to state government laws.
